Waterjet Services
At BTI, we can perform custom waterjet cutting services. Our machine is capable of producing complex shapes and features at a fraction of the cost and cycle time as compared to conventional machining or other means of manufacturing.
CNC/Manual Milling
BTI has a culmination of various CNC milling machines that can produce simple to complex and small to large parts economically. Parts that have complex contours can be made with CNC machines that perform 5 axis machining.
CNC/Manual Turning
CNC turning is a unique process used for high volume manufacturing applications. We have been producing Blackhawk Helicopter landing gear components using our CNC turning and milling machine. Our CNC machines produce a high volume of parts with predictable quality.
