Swamy Setty, President:  Swamy brings over 30 years of management experience in the areas of manufacturing and consulting. He is responsible for the strategic direction of BTI, along with business development.  His prior experience includes executive level positions with EDS, Baan and Digital Equipment Corporation.  Swamy has a MS degree in Metallurgy and Materials Sciences Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science.

Bob Moore, General Manager: Bob has 30 years of experience in tools, fixtures and manufacturing industries. Bob is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow at BTI while ensuring efficient execution and meeting quality requirements.

Kiran Setty, Vice President: Kiran has 8 plus years of financial experience.  He is responsible for strategic initiatives such as the implementation of shop floor automation software and the AS9100 quality management system.  He also manages customer relations and financial decisions of the business.

Shashi Setty, Vice President: Shashi has 15 years of experience in accounting and human resources.  She is responsible for material procurement, shipments, billing and employee management.  Shashi plays a vital role in tracking manufacturing costs to help BTI increase its efficiency and realize cost savings for its customers.

William Gonzalez, Quality: Willie brings 8 years of experience in quality control.  He has worked for major industries in the medical and aerospace sectors.  This knowledge makes him a good asset in managing quality and inspection procedures.
