CNC turning is a unique process used for high volume manufacturing applications. We have been producing Blackhawk Helicopter landing gear components using our CNC turning and milling machine. Our CNC machines produce a high volume of parts with predictable quality.

Various parts require a high degree of customization. The custom parts are normally made from aircraft quality materials and have several setups that make them suitable for manual turning. We also have a machine that can produce long tubular parts up to 144”. The ability to make these parts to tight tolerances makes us the preferred supplier for various customers.
