Large Part Manufacturing

BTI specializes in large part manufacturing. Our CNC and manual mills can handle parts up to 110” in length with the capability of multi-axis machining. Some of our customer applications are turbine exhaust cases, turbine inlet cases and fuel mixing chambers in gas turbines.

Fabrication

BTI has the capability to perform welding ( TIG and MIG) that complies with the AWS and other military specifications. Welding and painting capabilities at BTI will reduce the cost and lead time for the customer. We will get the welds tested thru dye penetrant process to assure a sound weld for some critical applications.
